Ordering & delivery
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 3–4 days. Some locations can take up to 6 days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Which courier do you use?
We ship through Shiprocket, and you can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout.
What's the last date to order for Diwali?

Magnetic bookmarks
How do magnetic bookmarks work?
Each bookmark folds over the page. A magnet in each half holds it from the front and back, so it stays put instead of slipping out like a paper bookmark. Read more in magnetic vs paper bookmarks.
Will they damage my book?
They clip on without glue and without folding the page.
What size are they?
Our standard magnetic bookmarks are about 2 cm wide and 6.2 cm tall when folded. Some ranges are larger, so each product page lists its exact size.
How many come in a set?
Most magnetic designs come as a set of 6, and combo packs come in 12 or 15. Paper bookmark sets range from 5 to 28 pieces. Each listing states the count.
Are they good as a gift?
Yes. You can add gift wrap at checkout, or choose a ready-made gift hamper.
Custom & bulk orders
Can I order bookmarks with my own photo or logo?
Yes. We print custom magnetic bookmarks from 25 pieces: 25 for ₹1,500, 50 for ₹2,500, 100 for ₹4,000 or 200 for ₹6,000. Upload your design on the custom bookmarks page. Our team reviews every file and will contact you if your image needs a higher-resolution version. More in corporate Diwali gifts.
Returns & support
What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video that clearly shows the package being opened and the issue. Once approved, we'll replace or refund it, and we cover return shipping for damaged or incorrect items. See our refund policy for full details.
Can I return something if I change my mind?
We don't accept returns for change of mind. Returns are only for damaged or incorrect items.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, back to your original payment method.
