Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at OneOclock. Your satisfaction is our top priority. This policy outlines the terms for returns, replacements, and refunds in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 of India.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

  • All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Once approved, the return/replacement process must be completed within 7 days
  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging

Replacement for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • A clear unboxing video is mandatory for validation

Unboxing video must include:

  • Full visibility of the package being opened
  • Clear view of the issue (damage/defect)
  • Product condition immediately after opening

How to Request Replacement / Refund

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be processed if:

  • The product is received in a damaged condition, or
  • A wrong item has been delivered

Conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Valid unboxing proof is required

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect product selection
  • Preference-based reasons

Orders Below ₹249 (Special Policy)

For orders with a total value below ₹249:

  • Only the product amount will be refunded (if applicable)
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
  • No exchanges are available

Return Shipping

  • If the product is damaged or incorrect, we will cover return shipping
  • In all other cases, returns are not applicable

Undeliverable / RTO Orders

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Refusal to accept delivery

Then:

  • Only the product amount will be refunded
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Customers can request re-shipping by paying shipping charges again.


Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method

Non-Eligible Cases

  • No valid unboxing proof provided
  • Used or damaged products (not due to delivery issue)
  • Orders below ₹249 (exchange not applicable)
